Submitting and follow up

• We work as a representative to coordinate with BOI. To do all the BOI documentation and Coordinate with BOI officer until approval is obtained. 

WORK DETAIL:

Report to BOI:

• Report the consequence of the operation to the Board of Investment (BOI). 
  
•  Report the project’s progress to the Board of  Investment (BOI)
• Report other things following a specific condition on  a Promotion Certificate such as a decrease in capital, and a changing proportion of stakeholders, etc.
• Report a financial budget to BOI in case of  being granted rights for an income tax exemption.
• Ask for the permission to operation.

Machinery:

• Give recommendations and ask the approval for BOI Machine master list.
• Ask for the permission to edit or add materials on BOI Machine master list.
• Ask  for the permission to  extend the duration to import the machine in case of   inability to meet the BOI’s due.
• Ask the approval for exempted or reduced import duty of the machine.
• Dispose of the machine account.
• Ask for  the permission to use the  machine for other purposes:

            - Ask for the permission to mortgage, hire- purchase, or lease the machine granted on the BOI Certificate.
          - Ask for the permission to distribute, transfer, or donate the machine granted on the BOI Certificate.
          - Ask for the permission to import the machine or the mold granted on the BOI Certificate for other purposes.
          - Submit the machine granted on the Promotion Certificate to foreign countries. 

Materials:

• Give advice and   ask the approval for BOI Raw material master list.
• Ask for the permission to extend the duration to import BOI Raw material master list.
• Ask the approval for exemption, or reduction on the raw materials’  import duty.
• Ask for the permission to edit quantity or addition of  the raw and essential materials for each item used in   production.
• Ask for the permission to edit or add the raw and  essential materials used in production.
• Ask for the approval for the formula of the raw material.
• Ask  for the permission to adjust a production formula of using the raw materials and the  essential materials.
• Dispose of the raw materials account.
• Transfer the raw materials.
• Dispose of the scrap account.

VISA & WORKPERMIT:

• Ask for the approval of positioning.
• Ask for the permission to bring foreign technicians and experts.
• Apply for the approval to extend for the foreigner technicians and experts. 
• Ask for the permission to bring family of foreign technicians and experts.
• Ask for the permission of foreign technicians and experts’ resignation.
